Westliche Zwingergasse 5

Es war eine wunderbare Erfahrung in Veilchengasse 15E. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfreich.

I was a little worried about booking a room online before arriving in Germany, but everything turned out exactly as promised. The apartment matched the pictures and the whole process was simple and transparent. Stephan is easy to contact and always willing to help. I can honestly say that my experience has been very positive and I feel comfortable living here.

As an international student, finding accommodation in Germany was quite stressful at first. Luckily, everything went smoothly with this apartment. Stephan was helpful from the beginning and explained everything clearly. The apartment is fully furnished, clean and comfortable. I felt welcome from the first day and I'm happy with my decision to stay here.

I had a really good experience staying in this apartment. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Stephan is a very friendly landlord and always responds quickly whenever I have a question. Moving in was easy and everything was as expected. I would definitely recommend this place to other students looking for accommodation in Deggendorf.

I am Nitish from India, studying at Deggendorf Institute of Technology. I found the apartment through studyingermany.info and I was a bit nervous at first as an international student. But everything was 100% real and genuine. The landlord is very supportive, fair, and always reachable. The apartment was exactly as shown in photos - clean, fully furnished and ready to move in. The check-in process was smooth. I can really recommend this to any new international student coming to Deggendorf. It is not a scam, it is a trustworthy and safe place to stay. Thank you so much for your support!

The location is fantastic, close to the university, supermarkets, and the city center. I think it's a top location; everything is easily accessible. The landlord is also very friendly and welcoming person.
